In addition to a miniature golf course, an inline skating track, and 40-foot and 60-foot climbing walls, the school’s sports center features an indoor water park. Besides the usual slides and waterfalls, there are two surfing waves, so students can practice hanging 10.

The views of the city don’t get much better than the ones from 33 Harry Agganis Way, BU’s newest residence halls. At 26- and 19-stories tall, the two towers border on luxury living. There’s central air, a soundproof music practice room, 24-hour front door security, a mailroom, walk-in closets, lounges with flat-screen TVs and a 26th-floor multipurpose room, among other features. The south tower is dormitory-style living with suites, and the north tower offers three apartment-style layouts.
University Of Missouri
A gym that cost $50 million better havesome pretty darn cool stuff, and Mizzou’s rec center doesn’t disappoint. The lazy river—complete with waterfall and shade from palm trees—is flanked by a whirlpool, sauna and hot tub. There’s also a weight room, a 42-foot climbing tower and the Jungle Gym, which includes more than 100 cardio machines with integrated TVs and web access, 50 strength and conditioning machines, and a nutrition bar. Did we mention the on-campus beach club?
